How does the free trial work?

How long does it take to get started?
Most churches record their first offering on the day they sign up. Setting everything up, including opening balances, funds, departments, approvers and payroll, usually takes one to two weeks alongside normal work, and we help you through it.
Who can see our finances?
You decide. Each person is given a role that controls which pages they can open and what they can approve. A pastor or board member can follow the dashboards and reports without being able to record, approve or pay anything.
Does it work with our M-Pesa paybill?
Yes. Connect your church's M-Pesa paybill and members can give from your giving page, where they get a prompt on their phone, or by paying to the paybill directly. You can add more than one paybill, for example one just for a building campaign, and every payment is recorded in the right fund.
What happens when KRA or SHA change a rate?
We update the rates in Stellium for everyone, from the date the change takes effect. Payrolls you have already run keep the rates they were calculated with, so your records always match what you filed.
Can we keep restricted funds separate?
That is what Stellium is built for. Every transaction is marked with its fund, so money given for the building or for missions is tracked separately, and you can show exactly what each fund paid for.
We use Excel or another system today. Can we move?
Yes, and we help you do it. Most organisations start by entering opening balances and importing their users from a spreadsheet, then upload bank statements for reconciliation. Book a demo and we will plan the move with you.
Can we run more than one branch?
Yes. Each organisation can have several branches, each with its own giving page, and reports can be run across the whole organisation. The number of branches depends on your plan.
Who can approve spending?
